These terms govern your use of https://zugboard.com and your reservation of a Zugboard. By using the site or placing a deposit, you agree to these terms.

Reservations and deposits

A reservation is secured by a deposit of $99. The balance of $400 is charged approximately 14 days before your unit ships. Deposits are fully refundable any time before balance capture per our refund policy.

Shipping

United States addresses only at launch. Estimated ship window: Late 2026. International shipping may be added in later waves.

Warranty

Zugboard is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Details ship with the product.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to violate the law, infringe rights, or interfere with our infrastructure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zugboard, Inc.'s liability for any claim arising from your reservation or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts located there.
